Voluum - Teacher needed

I'm.able to connect an traffic source > build an offer > build a campaign but....All I get is the clicks.

I want to track everything, ips , devices , os but I just cannot get my head around setting it up its just not working and its driving me insane. I have tried support on Skype but all they want to do is to upsell me.

I know once i crack it ill be off and running, so is there anyone here that can teach me how to use it correctly? We could do screenshare on skype or zoom. I have no issues in paying so let's talk.
