Traffic Networks With Named Websites

Hey, I just wondered about something to which there may be an obvious answer, or there may not.

Are there any traffic networks which state the websites that your ads are being posted to (either pops and any other type of traffic) instead of just being shown the SiteID?

SiteIDs are all very well, but it would be so useful to be able to actively target destination sites by their names (or even by keyword) while planning or even in advance of planning a campaign.
