Traffic Back on GG

Hi folks, I see some traffic back numbers on a campaign I'm running. I asked GG manager what the traffic back is and they say it's:"Traffic back clicks are not relevant for this offer ones (e.g. they come from the wrong geo or carrier, etc.)"

Since I'm targeting the right settings in Propeller, how it's possible that I'm having not
