This is the best sales/marketing email I've ever received?

I've been following the folks at Drift for awhile. Last week, I decided to give their software a look and signed up to put it on my blog. I decided fairly quickly that I don't think it's a great fit and the pricing was a bit high for my blog, but I could see it working on other products (maybe even affLIFT). Anyway, I just received this email from them a few minutes ago.

This is one of the best marketing/sales emails I've ever seen. Mentioning my co-workers name in the subject is amazing. The open rate has to be extremely high on this. Then, they have a custom video with a quick demo of the product in action on PeerFly.
