Sending Source ID back to affiliate network

Hey guys, I have a quick question my affiliate manager asked me to send the source ID back to them but where I am confused.

Can someone give me advice on how to do that? I am not sure do I need to put the parameter from my traffic source in the link from them or from my tracker ?
