RTX Platform Push Notifications - 50% Click Loss

Anyone here using RTX platform and seeing really high click loss? Ran a few campaigns and while the conversions/quality look decent for push, the click loss is horrible. Seeing more than 50% and thats on a server side db log, not a js based tracker (where I normally see some click loss due to accidental clicks). Just curious if anyones seen or if my targeting or something might be
