Is it ok to run multiple CPA campaigns with the same targeting?

For example if I want to test three landing pages and 8 offers.

Campaign 1: landing page 1 + (offer 1 - offer 8)
Campaign 2: landing page 2 + (offer 1 - offer 8)
Campaign 3: landing page 3 + (offer 1 - offer 8)

Or is it a bad idea?
