I recently tried to collect email information while running dating. I used sendy+mailgun to build my email list, and used warmupinbox to warm up the outbox. I used zerobounce to verify the email information submitted by users. Everything seemed to be moving towards the goal.
Two days after I subscribed to the mailgun service, my account was banned. Their customer service refused to say why, so I didn't know why it was banned.
I wonder if it's because of the account information? Because I'm in China, I often use VPN in this industry, which will cause the IP address to change.
Or is the email information I sent not compliant? My setting is that when the user submits the email, a welcome email will be automatically sent. At present, no marketing emails are sent to users.
I would like to ask how to avoid this situation. I am a novice in email marketing and I don't know much about these things.
