Parallel tracking in bing ads or microsoft ads

hi guys,
I just notice that bing ads mandatory use parallel tracking for every ads they serve, does anyone here have experience with parallel tracking? I hope to learn more about it.
and I used to direct linking to clickbank offers from bing ads, will it effect clickbank conversion
