- Where do you find the best ROI for tech/creative VAs? Split them into separate roles or find a "unicorn" who does both?
- SOP & Handover: What’s your daily workflow look like? (Loom + Notion/Trello?)
- Security & LP Sanitization: How do you ensure ripped LPs are 100% clean (no hidden JS/click-unders) and prevent VAs from copying your winning angles?
