Hey guys,
3 days ago I randomly got an email from Brex (my bank for marketing) that my account had been suspended because they tried to reach me several times to provide information. (I have no prior emails/notifications/calls) just this suspended one.
I have spoken on livechat and they told me they need to wait for the team to provide them information on which documents I need to start the appeal process (wtf am I appealing?)
After hearing nothing, I called them, she was apologetic and said she will get me answers within 24 hours. That time has now passed.
I have worked with Brex for 3 years, all has been fine until this.
When I login to my account, my balance is $0 with red closure notice at the top.
I also build up reward points, and there's $1k cash equivalent of points in there.
After navigating around the dashboard I came to this page:
But it was 3 days ago that the account entered this closure mode, and I still can't withdraw those funds.
Do you guys have any advice on what to do at this
