Today, I’m kicking off a thread about my experiment with Parasite SEO. Who knows, maybe it will evolve into a full-fledged follow-along!
So, what is Parasite SEO? In simple terms, it’s about leveraging the authority of well-established websites where you can publish your own content. Since these sites already have strong domain authority, Google tends to favor content posted on them over content on weaker domains.
Most people rely on popular platforms like Quora, LinkedIn, Reddit, or Medium for Parasite SEO. However, these days, those platforms are heavily saturated with marketers, making it much harder to stand out. That’s why I’m taking a different approach. I’m experimenting with less-known, emerging platforms—ones that are just beginning to gain Google’s trust and “love.”

- But here’s the catch: these platforms can lose their effectiveness over time. Some get penalized by Google after heavy abuse, while others face strict moderation or disable posting entirely when there are too much spam.
