making my offers available for affiliates

Hi, what should I do to make my in-house offers available for affiliates DIRECTLY ( without giving them to aff networks ) ? Particularly how do I implement a system (postback ?) to notify affiliates of conversion, attribute them and pay them ( basically the same aff netwroks do with me/us when we push offers ). Thanks. p.s eventually achieving this is my Christmas present for myself so thank in advance
