Knowledge is not enough. Only the combination of experience + knowledge can win in this game.
Let me explain...
Affiliate marketing is something you need to understand to a certain extent, but it's not an academic field you can master through study alone, it's also an activity you need to "get the hang of". Affiliate marketing is an activity like learning to walk, ride a horse or a bicycle, surf, skate, cook, dance or swim (etc etc etc etc), so it's something you need to learn from experience.
Riding a bike is a perfect example of how knowledge doesn't equal understanding.
It doesn't matter how much time you spend breaking down the process of riding a bike or understanding the "parts"... You can study the mechanics of leverage operating from the pedals through the chain to the wheel... You can perform extensive scientific analysis of weight to momentum formulas... You can spend years studying every aspect of the process until you're a PhD...
But then you'll get on the bike and you'll immediately fall off!!
It's inevitable.
Now watch this:
There's only one way to 'master' an activity and that's doing it, repeatedly. You will never learn to walk,
