Is sweepstake still a converting vertical?

Hi Guys,

I have been trying to run and convert sweeps offers (SOI/DOI) from long time but not getting conversions. Following are some points which I am doing. Could you please let me know if I am doing something wrong.

Traffic Source: Propeller Ads/Zeropark
Traffic type: PPV/Push/Pop Under
Funnel: Traffic Source>Landing page>offer
Landers: I am using all kind of sweep landers (spin/Survey/quiz)


Problem 1: When I am running push traffic then users are clicking on my push creative but not on my landing page (my CTR is around 1% for push traffic). So why users who are clicking on ad not clicking on lander when theme of ad and lander is same?

Problem: 2: When I am running PPV or Pop under traffic then my CTR is very bad (around .1%) so why users are not clicking on landers?

Questions:

1: Is sweep offers are still converting?
2: Is Push & Pop traffic converting for these offers?
3: As per my understanding Zeropark & propeller ads are good traffic sources but should I test some other traffic source?
