Invoices for accounting

Hey guys, how do you keep your affiliate marketing accounting in check? I have got networks who pay through Paypal but won't give me any invoice. I only receive the Paypal transaction statements. But these don't include any company info. My accountant is asking me for proper invoices.

I would love your suggestions on this
