Hi Guys,
Yesterday I launched a new campaign in propeller ads targeting IOS & just mobile device but according to my tracker I received almost 45% of the traffic from desktop(Catalina OS). When asked about the same thing with propeller ads support team, this is their reply:
"As we know the latest versions on iOS somehow became Mac OS in trackers, we are not responsible for bases trackers own.
Please, be sure that we send mobile traffic, but if you do not want this to appear in your tracker I suppose you need to exclude it."
