in - app traffic best verticals

Hi I have some budget to spend in In app traffic android , all apps from huawei in house store and playstore from google. 98% new to this model and format ... what are the best verticals and what aff netw has the best offers ? My experience with pops running on in app traffic was terrible but guess problem was that i was running kind of offers that do not match the user experience of someone navigating an app and getting distracted by completely different verticals ...dunno. Pls advice.TX P.S. couldnt find an "IN APP" section that's why I'm posting here.
