Over the past several months I've been systematically collecting and categorizing real campaign failure+recovery cases — all with specific before/after numbers, identified root causes, and documented fixes.

Not agency blogs. Not "lessons learned" listicles. Cases where something actually broke, someone figured out why, and there's a measurable before/after.
