I have some successful cpa campaigns in @PropellerAds but don't know how to scale it up.
These campaigns usually drop in traffic after a few days no matter how I replicate it, it always slowly reduces profit after a few days because there is few traffic even it got over 50 conversions a day.
I ever try to increase the bid but always make a profit for the first few days and start got -ROI after a few days due to high costs and I also try to copy multiple campaigns with different bid, but often only one campaign gets normal traffic.
