I own a web hosting company, in East Europe, Romania.

Would like to ask a few questions in regards to how to promote it via media buying:

1. What type of traffic should I buy? - tried Google Ads, but it's quite expensive and little to no results so far.
2. Would buying popunder or push notifications to be a good option for a web hosting company?
