I have some campaigns that are winning in POP CPA, there are about 1000+ conversions, I want to scaling and move to scpm so I collect all conversions Good zones, connection type, os version, etc. , When I started some scpm campaigns, It's always worse than cpa campaigns.
Since the automatic cpm bid of each zone is different in the cpa campaign, how much should I bid on scpm campaigns?
