Have any American's had this problem applying to Big Bang Ads?

Hey all, I was interested in applying for Big Bang Ads. They appear to have a plethora of SOI offers in the GEOs I'm targeting. Their application was fine, until I received an email for an "Entrepreneurial Status Check." I'm an individual. Where I live, its common to only have a Driver's Licence, instead of an ID. I currently do not have a passport as I haven't traveled out of the country. I do my banking with Capital One, which is all digital (which I like). I have not stepped one foot into their bank, nor do I know where it even is. This is causing some issues because they are asking for:

Please make sure to provide following documents:
Passport or ID card (no driving license)
Bank account certificate (document showing that you are the account owner)

Has anyone else encountered this? Before I email them, I'd like to hear how some of you have handled
