I'm using Gmass on a few little cold outreach campaigns and so far it has worked really well so I thought I would share it 
They have a free options, but I went with the $20/month option so I can do automatic follow ups as well.
It's a Google Chrome extension that works inside of Gmail. You can import a Google Sheet with your data and then write up the email/follow ups within Gmail and Gmass takes care of the rest.
The emails are sent through your Gmail account and it works for Gsuite as well.
It's not something you would want to use for a newsletter or anything like that, but for business development and cold outreach, it seems to work well. I'm getting a fantastic open rate with very targeted emails sent.
