I was updating a few websites over the weekend and a couple had plugins that were not in the WordPress repo so they couldn't update, things like WP Bakery etc.
Now I know these are released with the GPL license model so if you have it you can use it however you want, but certain bits maybe 'locked' until you purchase a license code and activate them.
While I used to have a sub on the site gplvault.com, I let it lapse as really couldn't justify paying the $90 bucks a year to get a couple of plugins every now and then!
But over the weekend I stumbled on to a site called GPLDL, same sort of thing loads of theme's and plugins for download except this site has a free membership, so I managed to get the 2 plugins i needed to update the site for PHP 8.2, happy days
There are a few premium theme's/plugins which you need to donate to them to access but everything I needed was free, check them out maybe can help someone?
