I know this is a bit of a longshot, but I figured I would try.
I am helping a buddy with setting up his Optin Form. He has a paid plan through Acumbamail and it seems to be a horror to set up.
The main problem is they make you choose one of their cookie cutter Optin-Form (the box where you collect subscribers).
I wanted to use either html to make the box we want OR be able to start fresh and make a new form.
We can't even add one more field for Name. It only has the field for email address.
I have tried to contact support and the page goes to a 404. Most of the docs are in Spanish and many don't get translated when I put them through the browser translator to English.
Just wondering if anyone could answer a couple questions if they have used it and customized their form?
