Do you find your traffic source AMs annoying?

I have an AM from a Push Traffic source who keeps giving me "suggestions" on how to improve my conversion rate.
Everyday she'd ping me to tell me the following :

• pls increase your bid on Campaign XXX and set higher budget.
• don't use day parting, open all hours so that you get more traffic
• set unlimited clicks / impressions.
• disable the evenly-distributed traffic feature, let the traffic come as fast as possible.
• click enable new sources automatically.
• etc etc

I've told her politely many times that all the suggestions above do not increase conversion rate and I'd rather manage my campaigns on my own without interference.
But she doesn't get the point I am trying to make. It got so annoying that I resorted to blocking her from my messenger.
All I want from my AMs is to leave me alone and let me manage my own campaigns.

Am I overreacting or do you find your AMs annoying
