Do I need a lander for an offer like this?

Hi guys, just trying to get my first real offer going from MaxBounty. I came across this one, but need some professional advice. Do I need to run a landing page with this type of offer? I'd be using ZeroPark for the traffic source and going with mobile pops. Or would you advise
