I tested their smartlinks today, and get 14 conversions from 5 countries, but I only get 6 conversions posted back to my tracker, if I can't track the conversions, then I can't optimize it. So I have to stop the offers !
Then I asked my AM for help, she didn't know why this happened, only let me send her testlink, I give the testlink to her, she told me it was wrong but didn't know where is wrong, funny. I asked her for clickid which coversed, she can't give it to me.
