Direct Linking on peerfly Question

Hi,

First I would like if Direct Linking on peerfly is allowed.

Now I would like to know what is better in order to find a good offer. Should I design a complete landing page to promote every offer and test?

Or can I simple test by direct linking on the offers for test purpose. If I see a good offer I start designing a landing page and start optimizing..

About the offers in peerfly I will be using PPV and Push

When I see an offer that allows PPV does it mean that I can direct link my PPV campaign? or I should strictly create a landing page for my PPV campaign?
