If I were to perform direct banner ad buy from a website, how should I negotiate a price for banner ad placement for an ad which sits above the fold and is of 720x90 or 320x 250 banner sizes? Obviously, the website traffic would be a great determinant for price negotiations. But I am not sure if a quoted price by the web owner is
