DayParting & Push Traffic

Push campaigns are sent in waves, so I was wondering if anybody knows how frequently these waves are normally being sent and whether dayparting could potentially provide "better" results?!

I am planning to run a test in the near future, but I was wondering what do you think would be expected result of this approach:

Example:

• Campaign A - Runs every hour
• Campaign B - Runs for an hour , Paused for an hour - 6am, 8am, 10am, ...
• Campaign C - Runs for an hour, Paused for 2 hours - 6am, 9am, 12am,..
• Campaign D - Runs for an hour, Paused for 4 hours - 6am, 11am, 3pm, ...

Surely, volume of impressions will be lower with larger gaps, but could it possible have a positive impact on
