Customized Tracking Not Working On PeerFly

@Luke I am trying to follow along with the videos on setting up offers between trackers and PeerFly however, I am unable to add the ClickID because under customized tracking optional there are no entry boxes like in the videos to add ClickID or SubID's. I have tried all browsers but to no avail. Am I missing something? It used to be there. I am trying to set up links for the FPTraffic offer. The entry fields show up
