Clarification on Peerfly offers

I was looking through some offers on Peerfly and a lot of them stipulate that you cannot run Pop traffic.

Does this just mean direct linking? Or can you run Pop traffic to a lander you control and then have the traffic click through to the offer from there? Or is that not allowed
