Can I Stop Spy Tools Seeing My Landing Pages?

I've run a couple of campaigns now and it seems as soon as I get into profit the campaign bottoms out. I've been told it might be that my campaigns are getting noticed by certain spytools and it becomes a rip and run frenzy.

I would like to block spy tools from finding my landing pages and see if it helps.
