Propeller recently launched a new feature called: "Engaged visit" where it gives me data of the user who has interacted at least 2 seconds on my landing page. How I can use it to start blacklisting my zones??? without comparing with the offer payout??
Say my Offer payout is $10 and I decide to check at least 0.5xCPA for every zone then it will cost me a huge amount of money.
