Best native ad network as a publisher?

I'm relaunching one of my old blogs that I'm planning to monetize using native ads. The traffic will be 90% mobile from the United States with most of it coming from social media sites.

What is the best native ad network I should use (or a few to split test) as a publisher and monetize these pageviews?

Let's assume I'll be able to get enough traffic to get approval in most ad networks.
