I found Afflift by searching on google this term, "best CPA networks forum" and I feel like I almost hit the jackpot! 
I used to be a lurker on blackhatworld for 2 years but the info was very hit or miss, but ever since finding this community of affiliate marketers, y'all have been an actual godsend of valuable actionable information!
I've learned tips & strategies here that I would never learn on any other place, and I wanted to give my thanks to everyone here!
