There are 2 tools I use every single day that have not been mentioned here on affLIFT (I did find one mention of one of them in Nick's Push Mastery course but since everyone doesn't have access to it, I'm not counting it 
).
The two tools are...
I use Compress PNG to compress images for my landing pages, ads, and here on affLIFT. It's my favorite compression tool because it's very easy to use.
Sidenote: I did a Google search to see if there were any image compression threads I was missing here on affLIFT and got the new AI result and it's awesome:
One of the guides shown is Nick's original image compression guide from 2019:

Anyway, I use CompressPNG and recommend it
The other tool is Icons8. Icons8 is my favorite icon site and I use it to grab icons for my landing pages, push creatives, and to use here on affLIFT...
