From time to time, members reach out to me and send me a private message, hoping I can help them with a problem they have.

Recently, @coffee contacted me with a landing page setup problem. I’ve told him what his problem was, and pointed him to a guide where I’ve explained how you can solve it (and test that it works):

I know @Luke isn’t too happy about the XenForo search engine (the forum software that Afflift uses), and he’s been adding some features like Einstain bot:

• Einstein 2.0 is released (image analysis and forum search added)
• Einstein v3 (PM only but not dead yet)

I don’t have the analytics on how members (and how often) use Einstein, but I wanted to check a few things. Can Einstein produce better search results?

So, I took a few examples of the issues members had (send to me via private message or asked in the forum) and sent Einstein a private message - to see if he can help me and find the solution on the forum (in case it has been posted already). Now, I didn’t expect him to guide me
