It lasts for as long as you keep adding subs to replace those that unsubscribe. So unless you're using Option 2 to build up and maintain your subs, there will be an ongoing cost.

I think it’s the only way it can work (be extremely profitable), especially for Tier 1 subs.

That is amazing, but the question is: How much do the subs cost? I guess there's only one way to find out 🤣
