Yup, most probably from using global cards or VPNs, etc. Not sure how they do it and how hard is Pinterest on taking down those accounts, to be honest. Are they asking you for a local payment option and business address?

This is certainly true with Mailchimp. They don't like affiliates much. I never had a problem with Aweber however I wasn't sending anything about gambling, which is much more aggressive.

I agree you need to clean their traffic with a decent budget, but we've made 4 figures per day with Adcash in some campaigns due to their volume :)

Almost there, but at a low volume. Is your budget $5 per day? Have you noticed any other patterns that might not be performing well for you in your whitelist campaigns? Besides checking websites now you can now blacklist browsers, OS, categories, etc.

You probably missed the step about adding your tracker's postback to your affiliate network.
