Usually you can find the name of the provider of the service at the bottom of the offer. The name of the company that owns the offer and the platform that provides the technical part are usually listed below in fine print.

If you see a pubID having a high CV, and you don't have more space to BL them in Advertizer campaign settings, you can always create a filter in your tracker (rule, based on custom1) and send all visitors from that Pub to empty page and not the offer.

I would suggest you start a new campaign, but make sure traffic source is selected for campaign in bemob before submitting campaign URL to traffic source.
In the example you provided that was not the case, that's why your tracking was not working.
Right click on the campaign, and then select Campaign links:
and then take the new campaign url:
and paste that URL on your traffic source.
Maybe you should just duplicate this campaign and submit as new campaign on traffic source - that way you'll have fresh new data and you can ignore...
