Ask your affiliate/account manager. It's possible they paused you on the offer and didn't tell you. I don't know that Evadav does this, but it does happen with other networks sometimes.
Payouts vary based on the "quality" of your traffic. If you want fixed payouts that don't change at random you could sign up for Evadav as a publisher. (y)
Definitely an option that I occasionally use, however, I mostly prefer to force the language... for a couple of reasons:
Make sure it matches a language that my landing page translates to.
Know with 100% certainty what version of the lander the user saw.
In my most recent post here on the forum, I wrote about how you should clean and test your landing pages... otherwise, you might have some big problems that will most certainly affect your conversion rate...

The cost model in the campaign set up that's pictured in your screenshot is how you tell Kintura how you want to track your ad spend. If your traffic source supports a {cost} token then you'd select auto, otherwise, you can pick a different option based on how you're paying for the traffic.
