Galaksion was quick to respond that the default frequency setting of 3/24 is the best setting you can choose, according to their tests.

The setting you asked about defines the number of impressions (capping) per specific time period (frequency) to one particular user. For example, with capping/frequency 1/24, a user will see your ad one time every 24 hours. Our specialists analyzed many campaigns and found that the best capping is 3/24 or even more. Conversion is made only after 3–5 impressions of one ad.
