Do you have a specific question about it? I don't recommend mixing countries from different tiers because the CPMs can be very different, and you only receive clicks from the cheapest countries.

Adcash has access to multiple networks. It's fine for testing or scaling campaigns, but I'd instead go to the source and cut the middleman if possible.

I'm not keeping tabs on it, but I suspect around 2k from contests (it's been a while since I last participated), a few hundred from the Rev share program and almost 2k from the referral program (from my old blog). Dood already earned more than me!
