okay this is all great. One advice for the Arabic version: make sure you change the alignment from right to left (RTL), just select the text in the editor and click on the alignment button to do that. Like this picture:

since your budget is limited, i think you should focus on low payout offers instead.

i recommend the same as @Luke mentioned. i recommend you upload a new version of landing page, because replacing files of an existing landing page takes sometime for the update to be done on the CDN.

my biggest mistake is not focusing enough. and that applies lot at verticals and traffic types
