I believe there are 5 people who had not completed the necessary requirements based on the original rule of 4 updates and $100 spend. I don't necessarily disagree with you all but I was also went with what PropellerAds decided to do because it seemed fine. So, what I will do in this case is...

Last year, there were many more people disqualified. Not sure why I wouldn't have had everyone in the poll linked below it, but I assume the poll was correct and I likely just didn't include some of them in the participation list after changes (honestly don't remember 🤷‍♂️).

Yeah, they decided to be more lenient. The only people who were not included were the people who were actually disqualified for their campaign/account issue(s).
