Chrome desktop didn't work for me.

I tried incognito too and still nothing. I just tried with Edge and it worked. I guess I can get in the contest afterall so watch out. :D

The button doesn't activate for me:

I was going to add $100 to my Advertizer account, but I think I use it here instead. However, I tried to sign up and the Sign Up button doesn't seem to work for me on the SelfAdvertizer page.
