We know pop traffic is cheap, especially when running in tier 3 geos. Paying CPMs of less than $1 is quite common.
However, what's the max you've paid profitably for pop traffic so far?
Right now I have this campaign running:
Only 671 pops and I already paid $41 USD. That's a CPM over $60 or $0.06 per each pop.
Obviously i wouldn't pay this if it wasn't profitable, but I reminded me for a campaign on redirect I used to have where I was paying $200 CPM or around 20 cents per redirect, which most people could argue is almost as expensive as FB or search traffic.
When running in tier 2 geos and targeting carriers (mobile content offers) and also when running whitelists the traffic can become very expensive as well.
